My Birthday Weekend!

My birthday weekend was great! Of course, it was about two weeks ago, but due to my procrastinated ways, I am posting about it now. (If you're a new reader, you will get used to my procrastination and learn how I am trying to cope with it).

My best friend celebrated my birthday with my on Friday at a really nice diner. I had a great time and at the end, I got to make a wish after being sang Happy Birthday to by our waiter. It was really sweet. I have the most amazing best friend ever!

This was my outfit for the dinner. I usually don't post my outfits on my blog, but I found this cool iPhone app called "Go Try It On" and couldn't resist posting a couple of outfits or two! Plus, my birthday weekend outfits are the perfect first outfit posts through the app and on my blog! If you download the app, be sure to look for my name!

Mini-Jacket/Sweater: Style & Co
Tank Top: Old Navy
Skinny Jeans: Forever 21
On Saturday, my Family and I celebrated my Birthday by going bowling! We played a nice game and were able to enjoy it, even though we all tried to let my little sister win. I'm not good at sports anyway and that includes bowling! It was great! This is the outfit I wore on day two!
Mini-Jacket/Sweater: Style & Co
Tank Top: Mod'Land Paris

After all of that, I came home to a wonderful surprise my Family planned. We took lots of pictures, had pizza (my favorite), enjoyed lots of cake that lasted for at least a week after, and ended the great day!
Then, it was Sunday (my actual birthday) everyone went back to their normal schedules and I had lots of work to get done and my birthday weekend came to an end. Until next year, of course!

Sunday Night Update

I rarely post on Sundays because I have so many last minute errands to run and lots of work to finish. I always aim to write blog posts over the weekend, but I never get to it. Today I have time to so I thought I would post an update! This whole day I basically spent some time with my family and I'm glad for that. These days, you really can't find time for the things that are most important. No body seems to have time these days.
After spending some time with my family, I decided to print out a calender that I can keep track of my Photo 365 Project so I know what photos belong where and etc. I think this will really help. I'm still trying to live up to this commitment and I hope I can create beautiful collections of pictures from my life that are worthy of a blog post! Beyond that, I'm still writing my novel and looking for publishers simultaneously. I know, that it may be a little early to look for a publisher even if the book itself is not done, but you can never be too prepared! If you have had a book published, know a publisher, need advice on writing your own novel, or anything of that sort then shoot me an e-mail at zobia@theeternityjournal.com!

What happened to "Journey To Eternity"?!

I have been recently brainstorming new ways to really get my blog to be noticed and get rid of the boring design I used to have when "Journey To Eternity" was online. I designed this template myself and I think it's one of the best templates that I've put together. If you were a reader of my now "old" blog, let me know your thoughts on this layout. Do you think this one is better than the previous one I had. By the way, you probably noticed I haven't been posting my Photo 365 posts. Well, I'll get right on it and update you all on my photos from the past month and a half. On the other hand, my blog link is still going to be the same for the time being, but I'll change it soon to match my new blog name and look!
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the new design!
xoxo,
